Namibia is a land with a Christian presence, but very little balance. One of our goals is to see the people of Namibia worship God in both spirit and in truth. We believe the country is ripe for a modern day restoration movement, a movement of the church back to the example of the New Testament.

Our ministry in Namibia is beginning in Katutura, a township in the capital city of Windhoek, at Community Hope School (CHS). CHS is a primary school for underprivelidged children. Most of these kids are from broken homes and many have been orphaned by AIDS. CHS provides a place for them to receive love, meals, a quality Christian education and, most importantly, hope.

For the next two years (2010-2012) we will be working with CHS - teaching classes, begining afterschool programs, surveying the community and reaching out to the student's families thoughout Katutura. During this time we will get our feet on the ground, learn the language, get to know the culture and seek after God's will for our future in Namibia.

Eventually we plan to start house churches, disciple Namibians, and equip them to start churches in their own communities. As part of our evangelization efforts, we also intend to implement Community Health Evangelism (CHE). CHE is a holistic program that trains communities to live healthy lives spiritually and physically. The program puts the community in control while providing the lessons necessary to prevent disease, provide income and discover a true relationship with God. CHE is all about enabling communities to minister to one another and reach out to those around them.
